Our Origins in George Town
velantilas was established by a small group of property professionals who had grown frustrated with the transactional nature of rental advisory in Penang. We observed that tenants — particularly expatriates and those seeking homes at the higher end of the market — were often underserved: given listings rather than guidance, shown properties rather than understood.
We opened our doors at 176 Persiaran Gurney with a different disposition. Every engagement begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. We take time to understand how a client wants to live, what they value in a neighbourhood, and what the terms of a lease mean for their daily life.
